663bat Terms & Conditions – Platform User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 663bat ("663bat," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 663bat platform, website, and all associated services available at 663bat.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account with 663bat, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 663bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure by contacting 663bat support.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 663bat including, without limitation, sports betting (including cricket betting), live casino games, online slot games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To open a 663bat account and access the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by 663bat or any other gaming operator.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform permanently by 663bat.
• You are accessing the Platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

663bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 663bat may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

663bat uses third-party age and identity verification services. By registering, you consent to your personal data being processed by such services for verification purposes as described in the 663bat Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may register only one 663bat account. Holding more than one account simultaneously, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 663bat reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate any balances held therein, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 663bat login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or any Two-Factor Authentication codes to any third party. 663bat will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify 663bat support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Currency. All 663bat accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits are denominated in PKR.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be deemed inactive. 663bat reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, details of which are available on request from support.

4. Betting Rules & Wager Settlement

4.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the 663bat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published in the Help and Rules sections of the Platform. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

4.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until 663bat issues a bet confirmation reference number. 663bat reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where market liquidity is insufficient, where the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, or where a technical error has affected the displayed odds.

4.3 Void Bets. 663bat reserves the right to void any bet where, in its reasonable opinion, the bet was placed based on an obvious error in the published odds (a "palpable error"), where the outcome of the event has been improperly influenced by corrupt activity, or where the bet otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

4.4 In-Play Betting. In-play bets on cricket and other live markets are accepted subject to applicable minimum and maximum bet limits and market availability. 663bat accepts no liability for communication delays that result in a bet being accepted after the relevant in-play event has occurred.

4.5 Maximum Winnings. 663bat applies maximum single-event and aggregate winnings limits across all products. Current limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. 663bat reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at any time without notice.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

5.1 Supported Methods. 663bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT (TRC20), Skrill, and Neteller. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is always available on the Deposit page within your 663bat account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at 663bat is Rs 200 (PKR two hundred) for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum deposits for bank transfer and other methods are specified at the point of deposit within the Platform.

5.3 Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – that is, funds deposited by another individual on your behalf – are strictly prohibited. Where third-party payments are identified, 663bat reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and to return funds to the originating payment source.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. 663bat processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Withdrawal section of the Platform, which vary by method. 663bat is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 663bat operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 663bat may request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the delay or refusal of a withdrawal request.

5.6 Balance Refunds. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) are refundable on request where the account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

663bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game or market restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible products as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 663bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to an eligible account.
• Where 663bat determines that a player has abused a bonus offer (including through use of multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus abuse), it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 663bat Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and/or permanent exclusion:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, casino game, or tournament.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of any sporting or gaming event.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single account rule.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies.
• Providing false identity or age information at any point.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

663bat actively monitors betting patterns and account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 663bat reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 663bat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data, odds feeds, game content, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 663bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 663bat. Any unauthorised use of 663bat's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

663bat provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663bat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

663bat shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

663bat's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your real-money deposit balance held by 663bat at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or wilful misconduct.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by You. You may close your 663bat account at any time by contacting support. Where your account has no outstanding bets, all real-money balances (excluding ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method upon request, subject to identity verification and AML requirements.

10.2 Termination by 663bat. 663bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where account closure is required by law or regulatory instruction.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your account, all outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that are subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification and AML requirements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 663bat is incorporated. 663bat operates under applicable international online gaming licensing requirements.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or account management, you must first contact 663bat's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. 663bat will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may seek recourse through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism specified by 663bat's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from 663bat support on request.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights.

12. Amendments to These Terms

663bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 663bat will notify registered players via email to the address held on the account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
